Gorgeous Simona Purr is looking to rent a room. When she reads an advertisement and immediately responds, she has already begun to believe that she would not be able to locate a suitable home to live. She soon meets her prospective landlord, who happens to be a really attractive man. The guy tells Simona Purr there's an easy way to warm her up when she tells him she got cold from the wind outside. True, Simona Purr makes an effort to act as though she doesn't read his cues, but she eventually gives in to his demands.
